I can’t believe the weekend is almost over. Chris and I had a great time exploring the city and enjoying the fantastic DC weather. We’re very slowly (mostly due to my busy schedule) tasting our way through DC, but have not yet found a go-to taco place, and I love tacos!

The search will continue but for now I made my own! My tortillas were storebought, but you could try making your own corn or flour  tortillas. They look yummy, and a great tortilla makes a great taco 🙂

Fish tacos have got to be one of my favorite types of tacos. The double layer of cornmeal breading in these is a great contrast to tender fish.

And the mango salsa tops them off with a sweet, juicy kick! Feel free to adjust the spiciness to taste by adding more, less, or none of the jalapeño seeds.

Fish tacos are my faves and I haven’t had them in so long! I love that you added mango salsa, I’ve never had it on fish tacos but I bet it would be absolutely amazing 🙂

Hi Denise! I highly recommend the mango salsa. It definitely went really well with the fish tacos, and trying them together is a perfect excuse to make fish tacos 🙂
